Partner With Us

Reach serious birders
planning their next expedition.

AvianScope is building the marketplace where high-intent birdwatchers discover and book guided experiences worldwide. List your tours, multi-day expeditions, or eco-lodge packages with us.

Who We Work With

Independent guides, tour operators, and birding lodges.

Whether you lead day trips across Cape May in fall migration, multi-week Colombia Andes expeditions, or run an eco-lodge in the Philippines — if serious birdwatchers are your customers, AvianScope is your platform.

Independent Guides

Solo birding naturalists and expert guides who lead day or multi-day trips in a specific region or country.

Tour Operators

Small to mid-size companies running fixed-departure or custom birding tours, often across multiple regions.

Eco-Lodges

Nature lodges with resident guides or birding packages — where the destination itself is the draw.

Why AvianScope

Built for birding. Built for operators.

Qualified, high-intent traffic

Our visitors are serious birdwatchers actively planning trips — not casual browsers. When they reach your region's page, they're already ready to book.

Birding-native audience

AvianScope's entire audience speaks your language — migration windows, endemic species, eBird hotspots. No explaining what a life list is.

Listing is free to start

In our current phase, listing your guided experiences costs nothing. We earn a small platform commission only when bookings flow through AvianScope.

Intelligence-matched discovery

Your listings appear alongside the region's species data, seasonal calendars, and hotspot maps — exactly the context birders need to choose a guide.

Direct inquiries to you

Travelers submit booking requests that route straight to your dashboard and inbox. You respond, confirm, and run your trips your way.

Platform built for Phase 4 growth

Integrated Stripe payments, availability management, and analytics are on our roadmap. Early operators get priority access as features roll out.

Getting Started

How operator onboarding works

1

Apply

Submit your provider application — business name, regions, trip types, and a brief bio. Typical review is 2–3 business days.

2

Get approved

Our team verifies legitimacy and fit. Approved operators receive a welcome email with dashboard access.

3

List your trips

Use the provider dashboard to create listings: title, itinerary summary, dates or seasonality, pricing, and photos.

4

Receive inquiries

When a birder requests your trip, you'll get an email + dashboard notification. Reply and book however works for you.

Pricing & Commission

Listing your experiences on AvianScope is currently free. When integrated payments launch (Phase 3), AvianScope will take a 10–15% platform commission on bookings processed through the site. Until then, you receive qualified inquiries and close bookings directly — we earn nothing unless you do.
